1. About RojKam

RojKam is a digital marketplace platform operated by Vaidehi Websolutions (a sole proprietorship), that connects Customers (farmers) with Partners (agricultural labourers) in Gujarat, India, to make farm labour booking easy, fast, and reliable for both sides.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Customer or a Partner.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• RojKam reserves the right to suspend accounts (Customer or Partner) found to violate these terms.

3. Use of the Platform

• RojKam is provided for lawful purposes only — connecting Customers with farm labour Partners.
• You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or requests.
• Abuse, harassment, or discrimination towards any user (Customer or Partner) is strictly prohibited.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our platform or data.
• RojKam is not responsible for the conduct of users outside the platform.

4. Booking, Job Assignment & Availability

This section governs how bookings and job assignments work between Customers and Partners.

4.1 Customer Bookings

• Placing a booking request does not guarantee immediate assignment of a Partner.
• If no Partner is available, or no Partner accepts the booking at the time of request, RojKam shall not be held liable for the delay or non-fulfilment of that booking.
• Bookings will be assigned/fulfilled as and when a Partner becomes available and accepts the job — there is no fixed time-frame guarantee, as this depends on area, demand, and Partner availability.

4.2 Partner Job Acceptance

• Partners are notified of job requests within their selected city/service radius; accepting a job is at the Partner's discretion.
• If a Partner does not accept an assigned/notified job, or is unavailable, neither RojKam nor that Partner shall be held liable or blamed by the Customer for that specific booking.
• In such cases, RojKam's system will coordinate and re-assign the job to another available Partner.
• Repeated non-acceptance of jobs by a Partner may affect that Partner's ranking/priority for future job notifications, at RojKam's discretion.

5. Theft, Illegal Activity & User Conduct Disclaimer

RojKam is only a technology platform that facilitates the connection between Customers and Partners. Our role is limited to matching and connecting the two parties for a booking — RojKam does not supervise, control, or guarantee the personal conduct of any Customer or Partner before, during, or after a job.

• RojKam shall not be held responsible or liable for any theft, loss, damage, fraud, injury, or any other unlawful/illegal act committed by a Customer against a Partner, or by a Partner against a Customer, whether such act occurs on the platform, at the job location, or otherwise in connection with a booking made through RojKam.
• Any such incident is solely a matter between the concerned Customer and Partner and must be reported directly to the local Police or appropriate legal authorities. RojKam will cooperate with law-enforcement investigations where legally required, but assumes no legal or financial liability for such incidents.
• Users are strongly advised to exercise reasonable caution, verify identity/details, and use the in-app ratings, KYC, and reporting features before and during any engagement with another user.
• RojKam reserves the right to suspend or permanently block any account found involved in theft, fraud, or illegal activity, without prior notice, and may share relevant account information with law-enforcement authorities upon a valid legal request.

6. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through our integrated payment gateway.
• Cancellation and refund policies are as stated in the app at the time of booking.
• RojKam charges a nominal service fee for facilitation — this will be shown before confirmation.
• Partner earnings/payouts are processed as per the platform's payout schedule.
• In case of disputes, RojKam will act as a mediator but is not liable for third-party conduct.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RojKam provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of listings, Partner availability, or the quality of labour services rendered. We are a marketplace platform — we do not employ the Partners listed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RojKam and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or goodwill, or losses arising from Partner non-availability or non-acceptance of jobs as described in Section 4, or from theft/illegal activity by another user as described in Section 5.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the RojKam platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of RojKam and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
